Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Technical Support: Provide Level 3 support experience to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Develop Strategic Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with distributors and customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Technical Expertise: Ensure diagnosis and technical support across diverse areas of expertise, including control software, hardware, and field applications.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement of our products, services, and workflows.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Assist in creating support and troubleshooting technical documentation for both internal and external use.
- On-Site Repairs: Perform occasional customer on-site repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development and logfiles analysis.
- Language Skills: C1 level in German, B2 in English, French is a plus.
- Certifications: Certified automation technician or engineer, or equivalent.
- Additional Skills: Any knowledge of agricultural equipment and practices is a plus.
- Work-Life Balance: 2 days per week of home office.
