**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advisor to join our team in Bern. As Chief Peacebuilding Strategist, you will be responsible for coordinating our country programme in Ukraine and developing new peacebuilding initiatives in conflict regions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans for programme development and operational management;
• Conceptualizing principles for feminist peacebuilding during armed conflicts and creating opportunities for exchange and learning among partners;
• Implementing programmes according to international standards and preparing targeted information for external communication and fundraising.

**Requirements:**

• You hold a university degree or equivalent qualification and have at least 10 years of professional experience in peacebuilding with your own experience in conflict contexts;
• You are a strategic thinker with a proactive and inclusive approach to work, passionate about feminist values and PWAG's vision and mission;
• You have experience working with local partners and are well connected internationally with peacebuilding organisations;
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German and French is a strong asset.
