Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic peacebuilding programs in conflict regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate country programs in close collaboration with local partner organizations.
• Conceptualize principles for peacebuilding during armed conflicts and create opportunities for exchange and learning among partners.
• Implement programs according to international standards and prepare targeted information for external communication and fundraising.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in peacebuilding with experience in conflict contexts.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and inclusive approach to work.
• Passionate about feminist values and PWAG's vision and mission.
• Experience working with local partners and well-connected internationally with peacebuilding organizations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German and French is a strong asset.

Benefits

• Stimulating and meaningful position in a small, motivated team.
• Flexibility (1-2 days working from home).
• Salary range of CHF 92,000-102,000 (100% salary).
