Pursuing a challenging role as a Sales and Business Development Executive in Software at Pixel Plus AG can be a fulfilling experience. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our software solutions with clients in the software industry. Your ability to comprehend the complexities of our software platforms and engineering services will enable you to present tailored solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs.
Main Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to sell our software solutions to clients. This involves understanding client needs and showcasing how our software can address their pain points or improve their operations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Regularly engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and products, and explore new sales opportunities.
- Technical Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Pixel Plus' software products and platforms. Effectively communicate technical aspects to non-technical clients.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive strategies that drive sales growth and product development. Develop sales plans to achieve targets.
- Feedback Mechanism: Serve as a liaison between clients and the development team. Collect feedback on product usage, feature requests, or issues and pass it on to the development team for product improvement or new product development.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts to potential clients. This requires an understanding of sales agreements and their implications.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends, opportunities, and challenges in the software industry. This helps refine sales strategies and develop new products that cater to market demands.
- Support and Training: Offer initial training and ongoing support to clients for complex software products. Work closely with the technical support team to resolve client issues.
- Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with clients and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Leverage excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on sales performance, sales targets, pipeline development, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
