Strategic Sourcing Manager for Technical Textiles EMEA

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team in EMEA, responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive innovation and cost-effectiveness in the technical textiles sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet business requirements and achieve operational excellence.
- Negotiate and contract with key vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Collaborate closely with quality, operations, sales, and R&D teams to ensure alignment on regional product and supplier strategies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes while driving innovative approaches to increase effectiveness and efficiency of transactional activities.
- Coordinate collaboration between the category team and broader EMEA and global sourcing organization, including the Centre of Excellence.
- Conduct market analysis based on business unit's product management specifications and feedback from production sites.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong commercial or technical education, or an academic degree in a related field. Professional experience in procurement in an international environment is essential, preferably in the composite, automotive, or similar industry.
You should possess advanced knowledge of MS Office, spend analysis tools, e-sourcing platforms, project management, and presentations. Experience in leading negotiation meetings and contract negotiations is also required.
A customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills in English and local language is necessary. A willingness to travel approximately 10% within EMEA is also expected.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer attractive remuneration and extensive social benefits, such as bonuses, a company pension scheme, health offers, employee discounts, and more.
