About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include advising clients on technology during sprint zero, delivering solutions with the engineering team, mentoring engineers, and taking ownership of one value stream within Blue Harvest. You will also lead, mentor, and inspire a group of highly experienced engineers by setting high standards for engineering and emotional intelligence.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need several years of experience in Backend Software development with Java (e.g., Spring Boot or Quarkus) or .Net Core. Experience in Financial Services is a plus. You should be skilled in leading and supporting people, coaching, and enabling delivery across engineering teams. Knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices is essential, along with the ability to work with cloud platforms, containers, Kafka, or any other MQ platform. Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas in English and French are also required.
