Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Systems Manager to join our team of 1,700 people worldwide. This role will be responsible for the effective management of payroll processes, HR data integrity, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HRIS system.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and system upgrades.
  • Manage the integration of various HR systems and processes.
  • Develop and generate reports and dashboards to support HR and business needs.
  • Closely work with the application engineering and finance team for process improvement and integration.

Payroll Administration

  • Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate and support local HR for payroll issues.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the treasury and accounting departments for proper payroll funding and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and payroll providers.

System Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR and payroll systems.
  • Lead system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.

HR Administration

  • Support the HR team with employee data management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Closely work with the HRBP team for employee requests and support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HRIS management and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian and/or Swiss employment laws.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in people and lead management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
