Analytical Development Scientist

The analytical development team for mammalian products is growing, and we're seeking a Scientist/Laboratory Associate with experience in physical-chemical methods such as HPLC, LC-MS, iciEF, and glycan mapping. This role requires a passion for analytics and an affinity for programming/automation. Join a team that enables customers to meet critical challenges in patient treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute robust and reproducible assays to support process development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for dedicated methods, reviewing and interpreting data.
- Identify and implement innovations in your area of expertise, pursuing continuous improvement projects.
- Lead automation efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a comparable field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in protein analysis and physical-chemical methods.
- Track record in programming, such as Java.
- Ideal experience with IT/OT systems for analytical laboratories, including electronic lab notebooks and Empower.
- Confident communication in English.
