Senior Analytical Development Scientist

The site is growing, and our analytical development team for mammalian products is seeking a Scientist/Laboratory Associate with experience in physical-chemical methods such as HPLC, LC-MS, iciEF, glycan mapping, a passion for analytics, and an affinity for programming/automation to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of robust and reproducible assays to support Process Development
- SME for dedicated methods (incl. review and interpretation of data)
- Identifying and implementing innovations in the area of expertise and pursuing continuous improvement projects
- Key person for our automation efforts
Key Requirements:
- Degree (Bachelor, Master) in biology, biochemistry, or a comparable subject area
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in protein analysis and physical-chemical methods (HPLC, LC-MS, iciEF, etc)
- Track record in programming (e.g., Java)
- Ideally experience with IT/OT systems for analytical laboratories, such as electronic lab notebooks, Empower, etc.
- Confident communication in English
