Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leaders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize local and off-site meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
  • Calendar Management: Handle and manage calendars for senior leaders, prioritizing appointments and ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex and frequent travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics and timely departures.
  • Expense Reporting: Enter and submit expense reports in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Support the onboarding and scheduling of new hires within the department, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position supporting executives, with a strong educational background in a relevant field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and oral, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Personal Qualities: Analytical and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
