Logistics Coordinator

• Ensure timely delivery of items to Sales Associates, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to Sales Associates on order status and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks to support sales teams.
• Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
• Support Sales Associates in optimizing sales by keeping them informed about store stock levels.
• Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and secure store environment, adhering to loss prevention procedures.
• Offer exceptional customer service by supporting sales teams with client correspondence via email, phone calls, or letters.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance sales quality.

• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately 60,000 CHF, reflecting the demands and responsibilities of the role in Gstaad.
