Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Gstaad.

About the Role:

• The Logistics Coordinator will ensure seamless delivery of items to sales associates, maintaining stock levels, and participating in store maintenance.
• You will provide timely updates on order status and delivery arrangements, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver required items to sales associates promptly.
• Provide regular updates on order status and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of clientele information.
• Suggest solutions to supervisors if discrepancies arise.
• Collaborate with sales associates to optimize stock levels and enhance sales performance.
• Participate in inventory management and store upkeep.
• Foster exceptional customer relationships through timely communication.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to improve sales quality.

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in German and English, with additional languages an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary: CHF 55,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
