This role will focus on expanding the Bank's market share through effective execution of the Institutional sales strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within regulated financial services organizations. Strong negotiation skills and C-level experience are also required.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Actively driving business growth:
- Securing B2B collaborations (omnibus account, product sales) through effective execution of the Institutional sales strategy.
- Managing Global Key accounts:
- Maintaining a high degree of client service towards existing and new B2B accounts.
- Ownership of Business Introducer Circle:
- Managing relationships with Business Introducers.
We require the following set of experience:
- Strong network within the B2B Client Segment, particularly across EMEA.
- 5+ years with a regulated financial services organization.
- Successfully handled RFPs and institutional collaboration structures (e.g., omnibus accounts).
