This exciting opportunity is designed for a skilled project lead to manage the delivery of small molecule projects from inception to completion. If you have a proven track record in project engineering and management, with a focus on pharmaceutical experience, particularly in chemical and/or biological APIs, then this could be the perfect role for you.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad technical knowledge across various engineering fields, including process, automation, mechanical & piping, and civil engineering. They will also have experience in facility design to build compliant but cost-effective plants, as well as knowledge of modern commissioning approaches to minimize downtime while maintaining compliance.
We're looking for someone who can effectively communicate with varying levels and functions of the organization, possessing strong influencing skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and coach direct reports and teams. A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies is essential, as is proficiency in English and German.
