Your Quest:
- Navigate Customer Satisfaction: Chart the course for success by tracking Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and utilizing customer feedback to steer us towards excellence.
- Fuel Innovation: Help fuel innovation by playing a key role in product launches, ensuring seamless marketing and advertising collaboration between internal stakeholders.
- Forge Connections: Build bridges and foster lasting relationships with our partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration at every touchpoint.
- Empower Solutions: Be the hero our customers deserve by assisting in resolving any issues they encounter, ensuring their journey with Cadillac is nothing short of extraordinary.
Requirements;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury brands or related areas.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales success.
- Experience with organizing and participating in events, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
