VP Marketing - Global Luxury Hospitality Role

Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing a global marketing strategy for B2B and B2C audiences worldwide, leading digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and strategic initiatives to boost brand visibility and revenue.
  2. Overseeing public relations, media relations, crisis communication, and event planning to enhance reputation and engagement, collaborating with partners to create effective marketing strategies focused on brand growth and retention.
  3. Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions, managing external resources, budgets, and timelines to deliver quality marketing campaigns, and reporting performance insights to upper management.
  4. Building strong relationships with internal teams, regional directors, and external partners to ensure successful brand execution, training and supporting commercial directors and sales teams to maintain on-brand communication.
  5. Designing a cohesive customer experience across all locations, establishing brand standards, and managing product offerings, ensuring new locations integrate seamlessly into the brand.
  6. Providing strategic leadership, supporting creativity and innovation, and developing brand and customer experience manuals, ensuring compliance with documented procedures and health and safety standards.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  1. 10 years of marketing leadership experience in strategic and operational roles.
  2. Experience in luxury retail, luxury hospitality, large developers, or other luxury service-based organisations.
  3. Proven ability to manage large-scale teams ideally across extensive geographic areas.
  4. Experience working closely with a CEO to develop organisational guidelines and support day-to-day operations, while also guiding and delegating tasks as needed.
  5. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where significant responsibility is given but also closely collaborate with the CEO on brand strategy and the direction they provide.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of AED 65,000 - AED 75,000 per month, bonus, medical benefits, and flights.
