About the Role

As a key member of the International SOS team in Geneva, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Regional General Manager Central Europe and Executive Committee Members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organising schedules by planning conference calls, internal and external meetings, and ensuring follow-up actions.
  • Preparing minutes and supporting the Leadership Team with event organisation and client roadshows.
  • Supporting new joiners through induction programs.
  • Managing travel arrangements, expenses, and daily administrative tasks.

You will have the opportunity to work with highly sensitive and confidential information, requiring exceptional organisational skills and discretion.
