We are looking for a skilled Strategic Planner to join our Project Management Department at the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). As a strategic partner, you will play a key role in driving organizational transformation and contributing to the development of the FIA's project management capabilities.
This exciting opportunity allows you to lead impactful projects, develop and implement project plans, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and senior leadership to identify project requirements and ensure effective communication.
- Drive change management initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support the Head of Department in developing the department's core services, including project support, portfolio management, and training and tools support.
- Provide guidance and advice to project managers, ensuring effective project execution.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent strategic planning and project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications:- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is mandatory.
- Change Management certification is a desirable plus.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination/management and portfolio management, ideally in an international context.
- Experience in consulting is an asset.
- C1 or C2 proficiency in English and in French; additional languages are advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
