Credit Risk Analyst

At Banque de Commerce et de Placements SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our Credit Analysis Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing the financials of assigned clients active in Commodity Trading, assessing credit risks, and making recommendations to internal authorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough financial statement analysis and credit risk assessments for a portfolio of clients.
- Review Credit Approval Forms (CAFs) and provide recommendations to internal authorities.
- Maintain updated documentation on credit facilities and financial performance.
- Apply and update internal credit ratings for debtor files.
- Participate in Credit Committee meetings to present credit analysis and contribute to decision-making.
- Provide credit risk assessments and recommendations on one-off transactions.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide advice and support on transaction structuring and credit line setup.
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a bank operating in Commodity Trade Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Commodity Trade Finance activities and instruments.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Swiss national or valid Swiss working permit.
