About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Sales Professional to join our team. As a Regional Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the digital sales strategy in your market scope to improve ABB's market penetration and achieve growth goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing digital sales initiatives to meet sales targets, ensuring order growth, revenue, margin, market share, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Contributing to the growth of the digital customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  3. Selling digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
  4. Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand their needs and promote understanding of ABB's complete product/systems/services offering.

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of experience in digital technology sales and customer management.
  • Growth Mindset with a demonstrated Doer-Hunter attitude.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.
