Senior System Engineer for UWB Technology Development

UWB Technology Development Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer to join our UWB technology development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing algorithms for our UWB radios, considering implementation complexity aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop algorithms for UWB radios, ensuring efficient implementation complexity.
  • Collaborate with digital and analog designers on digital and mixed-signal requirements' specifications for UWB baseband and analog features.
  • Derive clear specifications for analog and digital blocks to be implemented on chip.
  • Evaluate performance trade-offs and propose innovative improvements to existing UWB features.
  • Lead sub-projects of UWB IP algorithm development, ensuring a smooth work process.
  • Proactively drive the improvement of existing IPs and working flows.

Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional or academic experience in Digital Signal Processing or Communication Systems.
  • Strong design skills in RF transceiver modeling, Matlab, Python, and SystemC.
  • Experience with signal processing and algorithm development, ideally for wireless communications or machine learning.
  • Ability to write pseudocode of algorithms for other teams involved in IC design.
