“Senior System Architect for UWB Infrastructure”

As a Senior System Engineer, you will be part of our team of innovators at our R&D center in Zurich, shaping the future of Ultra-wideband technology. Your expertise in digital wireless systems and implementation will be crucial in driving the development of next-generation UWB solutions.


You will be responsible for:



  • Developing algorithms for UWB radios considering implementation complexity aspects
  • Collaborating with digital and analog designers on digital and mixed-signal requirements' specifications for UWB baseband and analog features
  • Deriving clear specifications for analog and digital blocks to be implemented on chip
  • Evaluating performance trade-offs and proposing innovative improvements to existing UWB features
  • Leading independent sub-projects of UWB IP algorithm development and ensuring a smooth work process
  • Driving the improvement of existing IPs and working flows
  • Contributing to the team's growth by helping others on a day-to-day basis

You will thrive in this role if you have:



  • A Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of professional or academic experience in Digital Signal Processing or Communication Systems
  • Strong design skills in RF transceiver modeling, Matlab, Python, and SystemC
  • Experience with signal processing and algorithm development, ideally for wireless communications or machine learning
  • Ability to write pseudocode of algorithms for other teams involved in IC design
  • Experience in Pulsed Time Radars is a plus
  • Digital Design experience is also welcome
  • Proficient verbal and written communication in English, with precise and clear documentation
