About Us

At Resource Group - Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Software Architect to join our team.

As a key member of our UAV system development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software for UAV systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets operational requirements, performing software integration and troubleshooting issues, documenting software specifications, and maintaining detailed records of development processes.

You will also be responsible for contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the software engineering team, assuming technical responsibility for subsystems on the helicopter, and cooperating in the maintenance of airworthiness of aircraft.

The ideal candidate will possess a higher technical education (University of Applied Sciences degree) in aviation, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering, and experience in the aviation industry is highly desired.

You will also need to demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills, confident and professional appearance, sociable, proactive, and assertive personality, team-oriented, flexible, resilient, and responsible behavior, economical thinking and acting, excellent written and spoken German skills, very good English skills, and proficient IT user knowledge.
