Product Senior Manager

Ascent Health Services Switzerland is seeking a highly skilled Product Senior Manager to lead the product strategy for both new and existing products. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership and ability to articulate clear product visions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, monitor trends, and assess competition to maintain product competitiveness.
- Manage Product Roadmap: Create and maintain roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with account management, business development, legal, and finance to identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights to improve customer experience and plan future product iterations.
- Customer Engagement: Contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Marketing Plan Execution: Ensure consistent communication of new products through a coordinated marketing plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in product launches, ideally in healthcare or related fields.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience in innovative product development.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a successful history of managing products.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
