Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the quality team to ensure effective implementation of quality systems and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective action.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to promote a culture of quality and excellence.
- Drive quality performance through data-driven decision making and effective use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving quality improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies, such as APQP, QRQC, 8D, SHAININ, and Six Sigma.
