Nous recherchons un Quality Training & Documentation Specialist structuré, agile et innovant, pour nous rejoindre dans l'équipe Quality Bulle Manufacturing, basée sur le site de Bulle, en Suisse.

À propos du rôle

En tant que Quality Training & Documentation Specialist, vous allez maintenir, développer et collaborer dans l'équipe 'Quality Paper Data Integrity', en alignement avec la vision du site, la mission, le plan à long terme et les valeurs d'UCB pour déployer la culture Qualité au sein du site de Bulle.

Avec qui vous travaillerez

Vous reporterez au Quality Paper and Data integrity Manager et vous ferez partie d'une équipe de cinq collègues, tout en étant en étroit contact avec les autres départements.

Ce que vous ferez

- Veiller à ce que les processus de formation et de documentation soient robustes et respectés sur le site de Bulle.
- Participer à tous les projets liés à la documentation et aux activités de formation sur le site de Bulle.
- Veiller à la conformité aux normes UCB et GxP, maintenir et améliorer les systèmes de formation et de documentation
- Agir en tant que propriétaire local de processus (LPO) notamment pour les processus de formation et de documentation, présenter les processus en audit/inspection externe
- Développer et maintenir la culture de la qualité, rationaliser les processus et soutenir l'amélioration continue de la qualité sur le site de Bulle.
- Préparer, participer/mener l'audit interne selon la planification annuelle.

Intéressé ? Pour ce poste, nous recherchons les études, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes

- Formation dans le domaine d'activité pharmaceutique avec 5-10 ans d'expérience dans cette industrie, dans un environnement GMP ou équivalent.
- Bonnes connaissances de l'intégrité des données (data integrity), de la documentation et de la formation.
- Sens des priorités dans la gestion des activités et rigueur dans le suivi.
- Maîtrise de MS Office et des systèmes spécifiques (LMS/eDMS/eQMS).
- Proactivité et capacité à faire des propositions dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Disponibilité pour répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs avec d'excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais.
