We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our European finance team. This role will be responsible for leading the development of financial models, conducting data analysis, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Power BI/DAX and data visualization. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of financial models and dashboards using Power BI/DAX.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Motivate and guide a team to achieve financial objectives.
- Expert level Power BI/DAX - demonstrated experience in having created & modified data visualization dashboards.
- 5 years+ of relevant experience in Finance, Forecasting or Analytics (BI), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
