Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a global marketing team, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning with our long-term vision and growth objectives;
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Application Experts to drive content marketing and position us as thought leaders;
  • Oversight of consistent, high-quality multilingual communication across all target channels for effective lead generation;
  • Enhance website communication, corporate identity (CI), corporate design (CD), and employer branding to attract top talent through strategic marketing initiatives;
  • Drive marketing innovation by implementing data-driven strategies, optimizing marketing automation, and enhancing campaign performance tracking.
Your Profile
  • An inspirational leader with 5+ years of international marketing leadership experience in high-tech markets;
  • A technical background in physics or electrical engineering is advantageous;
  • Passionate about marketing, people development, collaborative leadership, and coaching;
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation, SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, website management, content marketing, digital campaigns, CI/CD, event management, and social media;
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
