Vision Engineer Fill Finishing Specialist

About the Role:

The Vision Engineer Fill Finishing is responsible for the installation and maintenance of vision systems for fill finishing operations. This includes manual visual inspection, automatic vision inspection, and automatic trayloader systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement vision systems for fill finishing operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure vision system integration with existing manufacturing processes
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of vision systems
  • Develop and implement algorithms for vision system optimization
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and EHS regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Optical, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and vision system implementation
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP and EHS regulations
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB and Python
  • Knowledge of statistical principles and tools
