Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Partnerships Project Manager at Cartier, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share objectives in accordance with commercial agreements and objectives. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Sales and Performance: Achieve sell-out, market share, and sell-in targets while monitoring performance and commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Regular visits to our points of sale (POS) will be necessary to build strong relationships with partners and provide cross-functional support.
  • Network Development and Commercial Action Plan: Contribute to Yearly Business Reviews and boutique action plans, roll out omnichannel projects, and foster synergies between the POS and the entire network. You will also be responsible for coordinating Watches and Wonders events.
  • Operational Excellence and Compliance: Ensure that procedures are properly followed and applied, guarantee achievement of Maison Inventory and Audit objectives, and implement new organizational structures to improve efficiency. You will also be responsible for deploying operational tools.
  • Client Experiences and Services: Enhance customer culture and knowledge, improve the customer journey within the POS and the network, and coordinate customer events with partners.
  • Marketing and Communication: Ensure the proper product assortment at each POS and guarantee that it is respected.
  • Transversal Skillset Development: Contribute to the onboarding of new joiners, participate in designing an annual training action plan, and animate the Ambassadors community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English and German
  • High level of knowledge of the Watch Industry
  • Excellent salesmanship to promote the Maison in a multi-brand environment
  • Luxury product and retail sensibility
  • Commercial experience in a boutique is a plus
  • Expertise in Jewellery industry is a plus
  • Good understanding of the competition landscape
  • Digitally savvy with comprehensive analytical skills and perfect mastery of computer tools
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work with and influence senior external partners
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and partnership-building skills to create mutual value
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Support-oriented towards boutiques and partners
  • Performance-driven
  • Capacity to work retail hours, including weekends when needed
  • Enjoys traveling and commuting on a weekly basis
  • Expected average time split: 30% office, 70% on the field
