Job Description

We are seeking a Shift Team Leader Deputy BioConjugates IBEX (m/f/d) to join our team in Visp, Switzerland. In this position, you will be responsible for the timely preparation, monitoring and execution of production under GMP guidelines in your area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and implementation of manufacturing processes
  • Implementation of the Lonza safety culture
  • Assessing, coaching and developing employees
  • Setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines
  • Recognizing, interpreting and rectifying faults/deviations
  • Deputizing for the shift team leader in case of absence

Key Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training (EFZ) and/or experience in BioConjugates
  • Chemical or pharmaceutical technology training as well as GMP and/or LBT training is an advantage
  • Willingness to work shifts (4-shift operation) with flexibility in work scheduling
  • A structured, focused and organized way of working aligned with documentation methods
  • An assertive, independent and resilient approach
