**Deputy Team Leader in (Biotech) production**

The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our Biologics organization, we are seeking Deputy Team Leader with work experience in Biotech production to join our Lonza talent community.

Key responsibilities:

- Execution of buffer production according to cGMP guidelines, including execution of critical process steps, evaluation of test results, troubleshooting in the production plant and providing solutions
- Support for risk analyzes in the areas of safety, environmental monitoring, production and cleaning for the respective products as well as the implementation and control measures
- Ensuring GMP standards by reviewing and processing production documents, deviations, change requests and implementing of CAPAs
- Collaborate with engineering and workshops to prepare campaigns and plant conversion activities

Key requirements:

- At least Bachelor's degree in the field of biotechnology/biochemistry or similar or equivalent working experience in Pharma industry
- Fluency in English and German
- Good knowledge of biotechnology and/or bioprocess engineering, preferably in the field of buffers
- Fundamental understanding of GMP
