Our client, a fast-growing IT services company, designs and supports ICT infrastructures for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and non-profit organizations (NPOs).

Mission:

  • Provide technical support for clients' ICT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ICT infrastructures, including Microsoft Windows Server and Client OS, Microsoft Exchange, VMware, Cloud Services, VoIP, etc.
  • Act as an interface between clients and software vendors/partners to ensure smooth integration of business software.
  • Independently manage client projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science (System Technology) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with other IT service providers.
  • Strong self-management skills, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A passion for your profession and a desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Experience with Linux environments is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in German (both written and spoken), English skills are a plus.
  • A valid driver's license.
