At SR Technics Group, we are looking for a highly skilled Aircraft Engine Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in the assembly and disassembly of aircraft engines and engine modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and disassemble PW1100G-JM engines and modules with precision and attention to detail.
  • Complete all assigned work according to regulations and industry standards.
  • Perform tasks efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Apply Lean methodology principles to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and safety.
  • Handle equipment and resources responsibly, with consideration for the environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating economic thinking and decision-making skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Engine MRO as a Mechanic, preferably with CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines.
  • Proven track record of independent, precise, and responsible work habits.
  • Excellent team and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Good physical health, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Demonstrated personal responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken), with German language skills an asset.
  • Availability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
