Your Key Responsibilities
Define Digital Brand Strategies
You will define and deliver the brand strategy for JCI's digital technology and service brands, ensuring they align with customer needs, market trends, and competitive pressures.
Drive Digital Naming Processes
You will lead digital naming processes and ensure stakeholder sign-off, guaranteeing that our digital brands are consistently represented across the globe.
Lead Global Roll-Outs
You will develop and execute global roll-out plans for brand strategy updates, transformations, and integrations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
Catalyze Stakeholder Engagement
You will engage stakeholders in ideating new impactful brand strategy opportunities and drive evolution in line with customer insights, market trends, and competitive pressures.
Analyze Competitive Benchmarks
You will steer and deliver competitive benchmarks and analysis for JCI's global brand performance in the digital technologies and services space, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Establish Governance Frameworks
You will lead governance in the global activation of the digital technologies and services brand strategy, ensuring progress is mapped and gaps are closed.
Develop Thought Leadership Content
You will develop thought leadership and positioning programs to build equity and strength in the digital technology and services brands, enhancing their reputation and credibility.
Drive Unified Expressions
You will advance programs to empower unified expressions and global alignment and engagement in the digital solutions and service brands, both internally and externally.
Integrate New Acquisitions
You will strategize and deliver brand integration approaches for new acquisitions and joint ventures as well as for events and showcases, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing digital technology and solutions.
- Specific experience in Brand Strategy development for technologies or services.
- Demonstrated track record in leading collaboration and teamwork efforts.
- Strong sense of curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit in actively seeking opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and spoken English language skills are essential.
- Strong writing, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced international environment with a strong sense of urgency.
