BKW Energie AG is a leading owner and operator of renewable energy assets in Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our Intraday Trading Team in Berne, Switzerland.

Our company is expanding its activities in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in these markets and contribute to the trading results of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate actively as a trader in the European intraday markets
* Develop and implement new trading strategies
* Contribute to the expansion of BKW's activities in Europe and the development of new revenue streams

Requirements:

* Technical or economical higher education degree
* Professional experience in energy or trading, focusing on the Benelux and/or Denmark regions
* Fluency in English is mandatory, additional language skills in German are beneficial
* Excellent analytical skills
* Experience in coding languages, such as Python, is considered a plus
* Ability to adapt, remain flexible, and work effectively under pressure
* Willingness to participate in the team's 24/7 trading shift scheme
