We are seeking a highly skilled KM Expert Sinequa to join our team at Coopers Group AG. As a key member of our Enterprise Search Platform Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Sinequa search platform.
Key Responsibilities- Indexing and Content Management: Collaborate with data source owners and application owners to ensure that all relevant content is properly indexed and searchable in the context of a specific use case.
- Issue Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the search platform for any issues or anomalies and provide timely resolutions.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for the search platform, including configuration settings, indexing guidelines, troubleshooting procedures, and performance optimization techniques.
- Maintenance and Optimization: Regularly maintain and optimize the Sinequa search platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and performing at its best.
- Sinequa University Accreditation Certificate - Solution Architect
- 2 years experience working in an Agile delivery model, preferably SAFe
- Work with Sinequa 3 years min.
- Familiarity with data structures, databases, SQL, noSQL databases (e.g. graph databases, vector databases)
- Good understanding in programming languages such as C# (important), Java, Angular, Python
- Proficiency in metadata management
- Search capabilities powered by Sinequa as an enterprise search engine platform
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms used for search
- English fluent is required, French is nice to have
