Job Title: Digital Growth Manager

EF Education First is seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Manager to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by supporting local marketing teams across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Growth Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive digital growth strategies to generate high-quality leads, ensuring alignment with local market needs and revenue goals.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance and Support: Act as the central point of contact for local marketing teams, providing strategic guidance, tools, and support for both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to refine lead generation and conversion strategies for local teams, ensuring improved ROI.
  • Design and Implement Multichannel Campaigns: Collaborate with local teams to design, implement, and optimize multichannel campaigns across paid search, social media, SEO, email marketing, events, and offline channels.
  • Ensure Brand Alignment and Messaging: Ensure all marketing assets are aligned with brand standards while tailoring messaging and content to the specific needs of each local market.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Manage and allocate budgets for digital growth activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Utilize Marketing Automation Tools: Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools to track and report on performance, ensuring smooth integration across local and central marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role with a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of lead generation techniques, online advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and offline marketing channels.
  • Analytics: Proficient in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with A/B testing and performance tracking tools to drive campaign optimization.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate between central and local teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically to troubleshoot issues and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, focusing on deadlines and achieving measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with Global Teams: Prior experience supporting decentralized teams across different regions or markets is a plus.
