Stratpharma AG is a Swiss-based medical dermatology company that has experienced significant growth in the European market over the past 5 years. We are now looking to build a team in Switzerland to further this success.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Representative to join our team in Geneva and surrounding territories. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual territory business and revenue goals.
  • Provide education and training to account staff.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, including account metrics and benchmark information.
  • Identify key customers and thought leaders within the territory.
  • Effectively deploy resources to yield the greatest business impact.
  • Develop thorough account plans for all strategic customers.
  • Manage territory budget.

Sales Acumen

  • Execute Sales Process effectively.
  • Deliver sales message/presentation in an organized and effective manner.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge, using it effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations.

Organization/Time Management

  • Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve territory-account coverage.
  • Submit all administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact.

Customer Relations

  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach to business planning, using medical promotion skills and sales process.
  • Uncover customer needs and provide the appropriate information, resources, and message to deliver maximum value.
  • Leverage knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the plastic surgery community.
  • Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of current medical sales experience within Gynecology, Radiotherapy, Wound Care, or Dermatology (desirable).
  • Experience promoting OTC or Rx products.
  • Call points are Pharmacies and Medical professionals.
  • Sales experience within prescription devices or drugs (advantageous).
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Documented medical promotion success.
  • Fluency in local language and English.
  • University degree.
