Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications and Public Relations professional to join our team as a Press & Public Relations Project Manager.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand in the watchmaking industry. As a Press & Public Relations Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our international press strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all editorial platforms.

You will also play a key role in generating maximum brand exposure both offline and online, working closely with our subsidiaries worldwide to coordinate local press activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in PR within the luxury industry, with strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Implementation: Support the execution of our international press strategy, developing press materials (press releases, one-pagers) and coordinating interviews and photoshoots.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with Piaget subsidiaries worldwide, coordinating local press activities.
  • Budget & Reporting: Support the Press Manager in managing the press budget and preparing comprehensive press reports.
  • Program Coordination: Manage the VIE program, including coordinating visits to our Manufacture.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in PR within the luxury industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Dynamic with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent prioritizing and time management.
  • PR legal skills to manage endorsements contracts with the legal department.
  • Social Media and Media landscape understanding is mandatory.
