Director of Precision Medicine Network

The Universität Bern seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the management of the Precision Metabolic Medicine Network (PM2N), a joint venture between the University of Bern and McGill University. As Director of Precision Medicine Network, you will play a key role in planning and executing the network's core mission, including project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute the network's core mission.
- Plan, track, and document project meetings and minutes.
- Manage the network's funding and ensure timely reporting.
- Foster collaboration and communication between partners, academic institutions, funding agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and proposals.
To be successful as Director of Precision Medicine Network, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in project management roles.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory processes for clinical trials within Switzerland and the EU.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English; proficiency in French is an asset.
- Highly effective organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, identify risks, anticipate issues, and respond strategically, tactically, and operationally.
