Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the specific business needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
- Training and Support: Provide essential training and support to users, ensuring optimal use of the ERP system.
- Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate ERP solutions with other business systems.
- Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and recommend enhancements based on the capabilities of the ERP system.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and apply best practices for system improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Juniors with proven autonomy are encouraged to apply.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrates a strong understanding of business and financial processes as they relate to ERP systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively train and support end-users.
- Certifications: Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered an advantage.
- Language Skills: English is mandatory, German is a plus.
