We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Zurich, focusing on the Middle East & Africa market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Relationship Managers in managing, monitoring, and reviewing client investment portfolios. They will collaborate with internal experts to identify investment and service opportunities, communicate with clients and prospects, and ensure accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in Private Banking or a similar role. They will possess solid financial knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English (oral and written). German is an asset.
The Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Supporting Relationship Managers in managing client investment portfolios
- Collaborating with internal experts to identify investment and service opportunities
- Communicating with clients and prospects
- Ensuring accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation
- Actively managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulations
The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
