Job Overview

As a dedicated professional in commercial operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. Your expertise in managing projects and programs will be instrumental in shaping our growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities

• Centralize and coordinate the preparation of assigned bids and offers, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

• Support or lead the offer and order process, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.

• Oversee management of projects and programs from initial customer inquiry through contract negotiations to project completion, guaranteeing adherence to contractual, process, deadline, cost, and quality standards.

• Lead internal projects as needed, leveraging individual strengths and qualifications.

• Conduct commercial and technical negotiations with customers and partner companies, preparing necessary documents and materials.

• Coordinate and lead all parties involved in the matrix, providing regular reporting and updates.

• Coordinate activities and monitor the supply chain, ensuring effective collaboration with corporate units worldwide.

• Develop opportunities for further business generation in projects, including claim and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and programs, ideally in a technical environment.

• Experience in preparing offers, leading offer teams, and conducting contract negotiations is an advantage.

• Project management certification (e.g., IPMA or PMI, either already obtained or willingness to acquire).

• Technical degree with further education in business administration or a business degree with strong technical understanding.

• Good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French would be an advantage.

• Knowledge of commercial and contractual/legal matters.

• Skilled in handling and negotiating with customers and at higher management levels.

• High competence and persuasive ability in presentations and leading meetings.
