We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Analyst to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating real estate transactions across various segments in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Management: Execute the entire transaction process in Switzerland, including due diligence and deal coordination.
- Real Estate Valuation: Assess the value of properties and real estate companies, including financial modeling.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other teams, such as Asset Management, Development & Construction, and Fund Management, to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct various analyses to support investment and divestment decisions, including ESG evaluations.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Create presentations and negotiate with local and global investment committees to secure investment opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: First-hand experience in the Swiss real estate market is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
