The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our IT Service Management engineering team as stream lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the ITSM roadmap and its adoption within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing design, development, and implementation of processes and features within our ITSM solutions.
You will collaborate with process owners to ensure timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will guide a team of ITSM engineers in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ITSM strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow across projects
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of €120,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow), and IT infrastructure
- Experience of at least 3 years as Scrum Master or in an equivalent role
- Experience of at least 5 years as Software Engineer (ServiceNow Engineer is a strong plus)
- Fluent English and good German spoken and written
