At Adroit People Limited (UK), we are seeking an exceptional IT Business Analyst with Managed Solutions to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a permanent position that requires expertise in core banking platforms and registries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing business solutions and target operating models, as well as requirements gathering and documentation of functional and business requirements. Strong transformational program experience is also essential.

This role involves identifying full business requirements and translating them into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation. Analyzing business requirements and associated impacts of changes, designing optimal target state business processes, creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation, and aligning with other key stakeholder groups are key responsibilities.
