Galley Hygiene Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Galley Hygiene Specialist to join our team at TN Switzerland.

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing the cleanliness and organization of galleys and adjacent areas, adhering to USPH standards. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Familiarizing yourself with USPH rules and regulations;
  2. Ensuring proper storage and maintenance of kitchenware;
  3. Responsible for the cleanliness and functionality of cleaning equipment;
  4. Monitoring chemical consumption and reporting any issues;
  5. Preventing equipment and china breakage, reporting incidents to the Kitchen Steward;
  6. Supervising dishwashing areas during peak hours;
  7. Maintaining areas of responsibility according to USPH standards;
  8. Present during USPH inspections;
  9. Adapting to changing duties as directed by the Kitchen Steward and Senior Executive Chef;
  10. Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
