Ihre Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HR-IT-Projektmanager, der unsere Kunden bei der Modernisierung und Optimierung von HR-Dienstleistungen und HR-IT-Systemen unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Analyse von Konzeptentwürfen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Modernisierung und Optimierung von HR-Dienstleistungen und HR-IT-Systemen
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-IT-Tools und deren Einführung
  • Kooperation mit dem Business, IT-Experten und externen Partnern zur Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen
  • Projektleitung bei der Implementierung neuer lokaler oder konzernweiter HR-Prozesse und HR-IT-Systeme
  • Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen und Präsentationen sowie Sicherstellung des Schnittstellenmanagements bei bereichsübergreifenden Themen
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources
  • Berufserfahrung in einem generalistischen HR-Umfeld mit erster Berufserfahrung im HR-IT-Bereich, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, analytisches Denkvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten, idealerweise HR-Projekten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und hohe Affinität zu IT-Systemen
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
