Technical Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant to provide high-quality support to our clients. In this role, you will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of client issues.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining an organised workflow, and responding to support tickets promptly. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
Key Qualifications- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required for client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of technical architectures, APIs, debugging, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
